Parents at work
The project involved 12 cooperatives, leading them to discuss and analyse the innovation of management activities of parenting.
The topics that were covered, the phases of the project, the leading findings and the strategic guidelines that were detected, with the possible areas of intervention are described in the final report (that you can find in attachment).
“It ‘s surely a good end point- observes Nadia Martinelli, president of “Women in cooperation”- but at the same time it’s also a starting point for a workspace of debate and analysis that we want to plan for 2018, involving other cooperatives and thus continuing our work of awareness on the topic and the exchange of good practices”.
The Foundation don Guetti took part in the project as a partner, acting as an intermediary with the cooperatives that worked on the territory and making them aware of the project’s contents.
